On Sept. 25, officers arrived at the scene in 5100 block of 2nd Street, where they found Gloria Williams, who had suffered apparent trauma, according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities reported.
Police said William's autopsy revealed that she had been stabbed and her death was ruled a homicide.
